Shipping policy
Shipping from Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
We make every effort to process your order within 24-48 hours during regluar business hours; however, orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
All in-stock items are shipped from our Oakville location. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, you will then be notified via email of the estimated date of arrival. If, for any reason, your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.
Shipping within Canada
We offer Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over $98. Free shipping applies to all non-furniture and small package items with Canadian postal addresses only. Free shipping does not apply to remote Addresses. Shipping to remote addresses within Canada (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut), please see carrier rates at checkout.
Free Shipping threshold may change for special sales or promotions. Cancellation or changes to your order may affect your order’s eligibility for Free Shipping. Free Shipping applies only applicable for in-stock items. Free Shipping offer is subject to change without notice.
For orders under $98, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on Canada Post standard rates.
U.S.A. and International Shipping - Taxes +Tariff Notice
Please note that all international shipments may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing your order.
If a shipment is refused because duties or taxes were not paid, the order will be returned to us. Once received, we can issue a refund minus return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do our best to ensure smooth delivery, but please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays beyond our estimated shipping times.
